Salary Cap Max: $64 Million
Salary Cap Floor: $48 Million

Im gonna give a rule where you can have ONE year to be under the cap if you are rebuilding/unloading. Keep in mind this is a ONE time use only and if you do it more than the one year you choose to use it. Serious punishments will come into affect.
