our biggest needs are defense and goalie, and now we've filled one of them. Eberle would have been mis-used on second line and we got a nice shut down defender included in the deal.

IMO,

is sending too much for just Eberle
Halak = Eberle in a way
no need for Polak and the picks.

I think STL

takes out the CHI

3rd and

gives a better pick than a 4th.
